He is survived by: his son Chris Smith (Brittany) of Morning View, KY; his sisters, Peggy Smith of Whitley City and Judy Terry (Paul) of Morning View, KY; his brother-in-law Milton Morrow; his nieces, Charity, Crystal and Karen Carmoddy (Tom); and his granddaughters, Elsie Fawn Smith and Emma Elizabeth Swayne.
