She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Haggard and Anna Haggard; and her siblings, Ronnie Lee Haggard and Tammy Holden. She is survived by: her siblings, Sharon Weber (Mike), Karen Haggard, Randy Haggard (Wilma) and Yvonne Haggard; her husband Norman Leroy Holden; and her children, Ricky Glenn Holden, Carrie Marie Schultz (Zak) and Christian Michael Holden (Brittany).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Morning View Methodist Church (4006 Rich Rd, Morning View, KY 41063). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Morning View United Methodist Church (4006 Rich Rd, Morning View, KY 41063). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Grandview Restaurant (2220 Grandview Dr, Fort Mitchell, KY 41017).
