He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lester, Ollie Gambrel and James Gillum. He is survived by: his children, Trucker Kruse, Kaylee Gambrel, Isabelle Gambrel and Corbyn Gambrel; his sister Tammie Flege (Danny); his granddaughter Ivory Adkins; and his grandmother Betty Gillum.
Memorial donations can be made in Michael's name to the Boone County Water Rescue at 7512 East Bend Road, Burlington, KY 41005.
