She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Polston and Maxine Polston; her sister Opal Janis Polston; and her granddaughter Creesha Cox. She is survived by: her husband Harold E. Urbach Jr.; her children, Scott E. Urbach (Rhonda) and Shannon Egan (Tom); and her grandchildren, Zachary Urbach, Emma Edsall (Spencer), Seth Urbach, Cole Egan (Kim), Cody Marie Acosta (Andrew), Cooper Egan (Genesis), Clay Egan and Chloe Egan. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
