He was predeceased by: his parents, William Welby and Katherine Jackson Crowe. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary L. Sorrels Crowe of Quality and Leroy Crowe of Watervliet, Mi.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
