He was predeceased by: his former wife Alice West Jenkins; his son Kevin Jenkins; and his brothers, Gary and Jerald Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Judy Hinson Jenkins of Morgantown, KY; his sons, Jeff Jenkins (Rebecca) of Morgantown, KY, Chris Jenkins (Candace) of Morgantown, KY and Devin Jenkins of Morgantown, KY; and his close friend Jerry Hope of Morgantown, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
