He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Miller and Barbara Miller; and his sister Melinda Brown. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bratcher Miller of Morgantown, KY; his daughter Pauline Bratcher Miller of Morgantown, KY; his stepchildren, Frances Harper, Jerry Harper, Gary Haper, Gordon Harper, Sharon Fern and Walter Luker; and his siblings, Melissa Fay Phelps and Terry Smallwood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
