He is survived by: his mother Murline Harcrow of Morgantown; his sons, Josh and Brandon Colter of Bowling Green; his siblings, Judy Henderson (Reggie) of Morgantown, Kathy Edwards (Jimmy) of Theodore, AL and Danny Colter (Sue) of Bowling Green; his uncle Willard McKinney (Mary) of Morgantown; and his aunt Judy Rigsby (Robert) of Bowling Green. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
