He is survived by: his wife Addie Mae Childers of Morgantown, KY; his sons, Greg Childers of Louisville, KY and Tema Childers (Linda) of Roundhill, KY; and his granddaughter Karinna Snelling (Shane) of Nolin, Kentucky. He is also survived by 5 great granddaughters; 3 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
