It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Jo Miller of Morgantown, Kentucky, born in Ossian, Indiana, who passed away on June 10, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hower and Helen Donaghy Hower; her mammie Tyra St. Clair; and her brother Louie. She is survived by: her family, Robert, Angela Williams, Johnny Williams, Chris, Jessica Williams, Jeremy, Kim Roach, Sarah Williams, Ethan and Kaitlyn Williams; and also, Kaulin, Dalyn, Piper, Lyric, Liza, Angelina, Noah, Gabriel and Lorraine. She is also survived by many friends that loved her and an abundance of nieces and nephews.
