He is survived by: his wife Jenny Snodgrass Todd of Morgantown; his sons, Steven Todd of Morgantown and Michael Todd (Penelope Sanford) of Morgantown; his grandchildren, Makenlie Jones of Morgantown, Liam Cardwell of Morgantown, Kenneth Ray Todd of Morgantown, Olivia Todd of Morgantown and Roger Todd of Morgantown; and his siblings, Charlie Todd (Shirley Profitt) of Henderson, Sherry Neal (Mike) of Owensboro, Troy Todd (Belinda) of Calhoun, Kathy Young of Owensboro, Terry Todd of Owensboro, Jim Todd of Owensboro, Beverly Todd of Owensboro, Paula Todd of Owensboro and Judy Rose (Bill) of Henderson.
