He was predeceased by: his parents, Corbie M. Deweese and Minnie Deweese (Wilson) of Butler County, Kentucky.; his siblings, Corbie Deweese, Jr., Kenneth, Rollie Deweese, Dorene Duskey and Doris Coleman; and his parents-in-law, Royce "Chick" and Arrah Wanna Evans (Pendley).
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Abby Evans; his grandchildren, Paul M. Evans, James Royce Evans, Makaya Evans and Kristian Evans; his great grandchildren, Logan Evans and Baby; his siblings, Ruth Daugherty, Edward "Ed" and Danny Deweese (LoRei); his sister-in-law Donna Deweese; and his close friends, Bill Sweatt, Roger Miller, Cosby and Joe Alford. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews; great nieces, nephews; and his special great-great nephew.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Monticello Church Cemetery, Daniel Morgan Smith Cemetery or St. Jude Children's Hospital. Envelopes will be at the funeral home for these donations.
