He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Noquillo and Arcenia Reyes Noquillo; his son Joseph Fortunato; and his grandsons, Kaeden Cowherd and Jordan Fortunato.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Melencio Noquillo; and his children, Lorelie Noquillo, Ron and Rayman Noquillo. He is also survived by several grandchildren; two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
