Proctor Embry (Damon) of Caneyville, KY; his close friend Beth Henderson of Morgantown, KY; his daughter Tosha Blacklock (Jordan) of Bowling Green, KY; his grandson Caliber Blacklock of Bowling Green, KY; and his siblings, Fran Richey (Curtis) of Greenville, KY, Angie West (Harold) of Morgantown, KY, Gary Drake (Debra) of Jackson, KY and Brian Drake (Rhonda) of Morgantown, KY. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
