He was predeceased by: his wife Anita Odle Daugherty; his granddaughter Jaclyn Daugherty; his parents, James O. Daugherty and Maxine McKee Daugherty; and his daughter-in-law Lisa Russ Daugherty.
He is survived by: his children, Robbie Daugherty, Davy Daugherty (Heather) and Jason Daugherty (Marnie); his grandchildren, Keisha Russell (Brian), Koty Parkinson (Matt), Drew Ragland, Dawson Daugherty, Ty Daugherty, Cody Russ (Brittany) and Austin Colgate; and his sisters, Marcia Burke and Darla Mueller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (403 N Main St, Morgantown, KY 42261). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
