She was predeceased by: her brother Marlin Embry; her nephew Jason Embry; her niece Misty Embry; and her brother-in-law Sonny Smith. She is survived by: her parents, Brodie Embry and Tanzie Woodcock Embry; her siblings, Charlotte Ann Dennis (Donnie) of Leitchfield, Elaine Smith of Lincoln, Mary Decker (Denver) of Leitchfield, Debra Lynn Embry of Welches Creek, Arlin Embry (Charlotte) of Owensboro and Emanuel Embry of Caneyville; and her nieces and nephews, Pam Fulkerson, Rhonda Farris, Jennifer Embry Webb, Kristy Ray, Lorie Holderman, Steven Smith, Michael Smith, Greg Dennis, Terry Decker, Joseph Embry, Joey Decker, Mike Decker, Steven Decker and Jeff Decker.
