With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Opal Mae Phelps of Morgantown, Kentucky, born in Butler, Kentucky, who passed away on September 16, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Evelyn, Myrtie, Roselee, Julian, Geanie, Ben, Sherman, Darrell and Bill.
She is survived by: her son Dale Lyvon Phelps of Bowling Green, KY; her grandchild Mistucka; her great grandchildren, Tristan Coots, Amber Moore (Ben), Kaitlyn Coots, Addie Rone and Aiden Phelps; her great great grandchild Castiel Coots; her siblings, Leroy Johnson (Kathy), Gracie Johnson and Rachel Shaw; and also, Brad, Bryan Phelps, Andrew Phelps and Dylan Phelps. She is also survived by her parents and husband.
