She is survived by: her son Dale Lyvon Phelps of Bowling Green, KY; her grandchild Mistucka; her great grandchildren, Tristan Coots, Amber Moore (Ben), Kaitlyn Coots, Addie Rone and Aiden Phelps; her great great grandchild Castiel Coots; her siblings, Leroy Johnson (Kathy), Gracie Johnson and Rachel Shaw; and also, Brad, Bryan Phelps, Andrew Phelps and Dylan Phelps. She is also survived by her parents and husband.
