She was predeceased by: her husbands, Billy Jo Phelps and Jimmy Phelps; and her sister Barbara Nell Beliles. She is survived by: her son Harry Thomas Phelps (Tammy) of Morgantown, KY; and her stepchildren, Michelle Tutko of Morgantown, KY, Brad Phelps of Morgantown, KY and Jim Phelps (Kelli) of Morgantown, KY. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
