He was predeceased by: his grandson Brock Hampton; and his sister Ramona Burton. He is survived by: his daughters, Tonya Hampton (Tim) of Logansport, KY, Sonya House of Bowling Green, KY and LaTisha Howard (Shawn) of Morgantown, KY; his grandchildren, Tori Hampton (Houston) of Morgantown, KY, Tera Hampton of Logansport, KY, Cole House of Bowling Green, KY, Breanna and Kaleigh Howard of Morgantown, KY; and his siblings, John Phelps (Charlotte) of Bowling Green, KY and Anita Slaymaker of Fredericksburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
