Maxine Minton Obituary

She was predeceased by: her husband Hurdel Minton; her parents, Emmons Phelps and Eula Gusta Phelps; her brothers, Harry, Jimmie, Billie Jo and Emmons Phelps, Jr.; and her stepchildren, Gateward Minton and Nancy Vaughn.
She is survived by: her children, Steve (Cynthia M. Bratcher), Ralph (Stacie M. Bratcher) and Jeanie (Phil Grisham); and also, David Minton (Becky) of Morgantown and James Allen Minton (Anita) of Morgantown. She is also survived by two nieces and one nephew, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, gifts of memoriam may be made to the Morgantown First United Methodist Church or to the activities fund at Morgantown Care and Rehabilitation Center where the residents are blessed to be served by a kind and dedicated staff.
