Fields (Jason) of Morgantown, KY and Racheal Humble (Jason) of Alvaton, KY; her mother Beatrice Childress Casey (Willard) of Morgantown, KY; and her siblings, David Lee House of Morgantown, KY and Mae Lou House Clymer of Morgantown, KY. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
