She is survived by: her son Ross Baize (Maria) of Bowling Green; and her siblings, Annette Dockery of Louisville, Janet Flener (Rodney) of Louisville, Rebecca Hack (Gene) of Caneyville and Wayne Phelps (Gerrie) of Morgantown. She is also survived by five grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
