It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maise Phelps (Morgantown, Kentucky), who passed away on December 25, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Renfrow and Vernie Lindsey Renfrow; her significant other Cecil Webb; her siblings, Chester, Vollie Renfrow, Wilma Lindsey and Nellie Renfrow; and her granddaughter Mallory Franzell.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Scott Renfrow of Morgantown and Felicia Phelps Franzell (Joey) of Morgantown; her brother Rollie Renfrow of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Joshua Renfrow of Scottsville, Matthew Renfrow (Laurtina) of Bowling Green, Ashley Renfrow of Glasgow, Michael Renfrow (Mikayla) of Morgantown, Liberty Franzell of Morgantown and Joseph Franzell of Bowling Green; and her great grandchildren, Kyleigh, Wrangler and Lucas Renfrow.
