He is survived by: his children, Audrey Hatcher of Stafford, Virginia and Lowell Hatcher Jr. of Morgantown; his sisters, Carol Law of Bowling Green and Sandy Hunt of Morgantown; and his former wife Dorothy Hatcher of Montoursville, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
