He was predeceased by: his parents, Elic Geary and Etta Embry Geary; his siblings, Delphie Geary, Vivia Casey and Vernie Geary; and his nephew Jerry Casey.
He is survived by: his nieces, Brenda Geary Smith and Paula Geary Rogers; his nephew James Casey; his close friend Patsy Brown; and also Emmanuel Embry.
