He is survived by: his wife Debbie Phelps Johnson; his children, Jackie Johnson, Marie Coy (Scott) and Kevin Flener; his grandchildren, Emily, Ethan Coy, Isaac Flener (Kim), James, Jonathan and Austin Hack; his great grandchild Robbie Flener; his daughter Jessica Cox (Chad); his siblings, Kenny Johnson (Sharon), Joe Johnson, Steve Johnson (Ellen), Wilma "Candy" Friel and Reva "Kookie" Richards; and his pet Sunny. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
