He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall Duke and Myrtie Johnson Duke; his brother Dewey P. Duke; and his grandparents, Edna Duke, Nelly and Tower Johnson.
He is survived by: his half-siblings, William Motley (Christel) and Dieana Hunt (Tony); his aunts, Vickie Henderson, Rachel Shaw, Opal Phelps and Gracie Johnson; and his uncle Leroy Johnson (Kathy).
