She is survived by: her mother Martha Ford of Frankfort; her husband Billy "Shade" Smith of Morgantown; her stepdaughters, Jessica Fleener of Butler County and Angela "Angel" Cardwell of Morgantown; her stepgrandchildren, Gage Procter, Shadeynn Johnson, Raylynn Fleener and Kenndin Fleener; and her siblings, Tracey Hays of Frankfort, KY, Penni Young Sadler of Richmond, KY, Loretta Franke of South Dakota and Theresa Young of Hodgenville, KY.
