She is survived by: her children, Richard Lang of Bowling Green and Mary Beth Clear of Washington, D. C.; her siblings, James Cardwell (Kathy) of Bowling Green, Steve Cardwell (Shirley) of Bowling Green and Teresa Woosley of Morgantown; her half-brothers, Bill Thornburg of Marion and Carl Cardwell Jr. of Indianapolis; and her aunt Louise Betts of Louisville. She is also survived by several uncles, nieces and nephews.
