She is survived by: her children, Beverly L. Williams of Morgantown, KY, Matthew T. White of Morgantown, KY and Caroline Richards (Carl) of Morgantown, KY; and her grandchildren, Tawnya Coy of Bowling Green, KY, Jeremy Flener of Cromwell, KY, Misty Spinks of Florida, Shawna White of Florida, Ashley Koch of Bowling Green, KY, Korissa Perry of Morgantown, KY, Forrest M. White III of Morgantown, KY and Evan Webster of Roundhill, KY. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
