He is survived by: his children, Linda Arndell (Patrick) of Henderson, KY and Mike Smith (Lisa) of Rochester, KY; his grandchildren, Jordan Arndell of Lafayette, Jennifer Arndell of Henderson, KY, Magan Embry (Trent) of Clarksville, TN and Jacob Smith of Rochester, KY; his great grandchildren, Alex and Olivia Embry of Clarksville, TN; and his sister Hettie Williams of Morgantown, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
