He is survived by: his wife Janice K Anderson of Morgantown; his daughters, Heather Givens (C. J.) of Morgantown and Lindsey Barks (Jonathan) of Morgantown; and his grandchildren, Katelyn Givens of Morgantown, Kaylee Givens of Morgantown, Mae Givens of Morgantown, Destin Wester of Morgantown, Wyatt Martin of Morgantown and Lawson Barks of Morgantown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
