He was predeceased by: his parents, Isom Evans and Leley Cardwell Evans. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Collier Evans of Morgantown; his children, Lisa Rich of Indianapolis, Daniel Evans of Morgantown, Stephen Collier of Bowling Green and Sarah Evans of Westfield; his grandchildren, Angel Rich, Starr Rich and Emma Evans; and his siblings, Edna Wester (Carlie) of Bowling Green and David McKinney of Fl. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
