She was predeceased by: her siblings, Ertest Foy Embry, William Ustus Embry, Olie Irene Embry Wilson and Bonnie Erdine Embry Renfrow; her grandson Kendall Ray Phelps; and her son-in-law Laymon Ray Phelps.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Phelps of Leitchfield, KY, James Darrel Felty (Dolores) of Morgantown, KY, Shelia Lynn Ryle (Bill) of Owensboro, KY and Aaron Dion Felty of Owensboro, KY; her grandchildren, Melissa Gay Phelps Gary (Perry) of Maineville, Dana Felty Bynum Russ of Savannah, Georgia, Ashley Danielle Ryle and Jerry Wayne Phelps of Leitchfield, KY; her great grandchildren, Amber Phelps Stauffer, Andrew Afton, Graham Carter Bynum and John Clavin Bynum; her great great grandchildren, Alice and Seth Stauffer; and her niece Venetta Gail Renfrow Robinson. She is also survived by her parents and husband.
