He is survived by: his children, Eunice Fishburn of Morgantown, KY, Kenneth Givens (Mary) of Morgantown, KY and Donald Givens (Anna) of Morgantown, KY; his grandsons, William Givens (Jennifer) of Morgantown, KY and Josh Givens (Heather) of Bowling Green, KY; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Lucas Givens, Taylor and Brayden Givens of Bowling Green, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
