With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Hoover of Morgantown, Kentucky, who passed away on September 23, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Frances may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George William Burris and Annie Lee England Burris; her husband James Dickie Hoover; her daughter-in-law Judy Pedigo; and her siblings, Georgia Firkins, James Burris, Herman Burris and Cecil Burris.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Pedigo and Chris Hoover (Stephanie); her grandson Nicolas Hanson (McKenna); and her great grandchild Kenneth Hanson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
