He was predeceased by: his siblings, Billy, Bobby Pendley and Adalene Johnson; and his nephew Steve Pendley. He is survived by: his wife Carlon Peay Pendley of Morgantown, KY; his sons, Matt Pendley (Shelley) of Independence, KY and Jeff Pendley (Melanie) of Morgantown, KY; and his grandchildren, Noah, Elijah Pendley of Independence, KY, Monique Pendley of Louisville, KY and Lindsey Flikkie of Sellersburg.
