She was predeceased by: her sons, Phillip and Danny Hazel. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Lee (Randy) of Florida, Tammy Bivins (Jerry) of Dunmor, KY, Glenn Hazel of Morgantown, KY, Joe Hazel (Loretta) of Barren Co, James Hazel (Sheila) of Logan Co and David "Possum" Hazel (Reese) of Morgantown, KY; and her sister JoAnn Reels of Bowling Green, KY. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; three step great grandchildren.
