He is survived by: his wife Marcella Stokes of Morgantown; his children, Daniel Edward Stokes of Chicago, Neil Knight of Westmoreland, Tennessee, Danielle Stokes of Elkton, Brandi Lowe-Cordero of Hopkinsville, Misty Skipworth of Morgantown and Arriae Stokes of Morgantown, Kentucky; and his siblings, Douglas Stokes of Elkton, Mark Stokes of Elkton, Scott Stokes of Elkton, Wanda Reynolds of California, Carolyn Smith of Elkton and Teressa Stokes of Elkton. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
