He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Pendley and Golden Engler Pendley; his wife Mary Ann Pendley; and his brother Justice Pendley. He is survived by: his son Mike Pendley (Pam) of Morgantown; and his grandchildren, Christopher Pendley (Jennifer) of Morgantown and Samantha Pendley of Morgantown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
