He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewell Hatcher and Catherine House Hatcher; his daughter Marecia Jo Hatcher; his brothers, Donald, David and Jerry Hatcher; and his half-siblings, Cassie Oaks and Keith Hactcher.
He is survived by: his wife Earline McKinney Hatcher of Morgantown, KY; his daughter Dana Proctor of Morgantown, KY; his grandchildren, Austin of Morgantown, KY, Autumn of Morgantown, KY and Jacob Proctor of Morgantown, KY; his siblings, Darrell Hatcher of Morgantown, KY and Connie Embry (Cotton) of Morgantown, KY; his half-siblings, Gilda Lee of Morgantown, KY, Janice VanZant (Russell) of Elizabethtown, KY and Craig Hatcher (Denise) of Morgantown, KY; and his close friend Sonny Johnson of Morgantown, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
