She is survived by: her fiancé Johnny Whitemore of Logansport, KY; her children, John Annis (Cheryl) of Logansport, KY, Lisa Annis Sykes (Arthur Snodgrass) of Morgantown, KY and Tonia Simmons (Jewell) of Bowling Green, KY; her grandchildren, Kash Annis of Logansport, KY, Casey Gabbard (Jacob) of Logansport, KY, Hallie Givens (Tyler) of Logansport, KY, Josh Annis Sykes of Logansport, KY, Sarah Amos of Morgantown, KY, Tyler and Seth Vincent (Laela) of Logansport, KY; her great grandchildren, Kyleigh Overstreet of Logansport, KY, Kasen Gabbard of Logansport, KY, Gentry Givens of Logansport, KY, Jerzeigh Sykes of Bowling Green, KY, Rixton Sykes of Logansport, KY and Ashlee Vincent of Logansport, KY; and her sisters, Brenda Henderson (Stevie) of Morgantown, KY and Peggy Smith (Chester) of Logansport, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
