He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lou Ralph Embry of Morgantown; his children, Laura Ann West of Centertown, Barbie Embry of Olaton and Carlos B. Embry III (Darlena) of Olaton; his grandchildren, Meredith Embry, Carlos B. Embry IV "Brock", Roy Dale West Jr. and April Nicole Laughlin (Travis); and his great grandchildren, Carlos B. Embry V "Cash" and Asa Wayne Embry.
