He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann Forbes Phelps; his sons, Timothy Scott Phelps (April Ewing) and Joshua Ed Phelps (Amanda Alford); his grandchildren, Laela Phelps (Seth Vincent), Alyssa Phelps and Spencer Troutt; his great grandchild Ashlee Nicole Vincent; his siblings, Elaine Johnson (Bennett), Carol Givens (Doug), Chester Phelps (Lyda) and Doug Phelps; and his pets, Ellie Mae and Miss Ashley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family, friends.
