Embry (Glendale); her grandchildren, Tabatha Embry, Coty Whittinghill (David Wayne) and Nathaniel Embry (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Brennan Bartley of Morgantown, KY, Karlie Whittinghill of Morgantown, KY, Wyatt of Morgantown, KY, Gavin of Morgantown, KY and Ellison Embry of Morgantown, KY; her stepson William N. Jones Jr. of Wilmington, NC; and her brother Charles Peak Jr. of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
