We bid farewell to Betty Jean Meredith of Morgantown, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 1, 2024 at the age of 88. Betty Jean touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Keown and Frances Caroline Romans Keown; her husband Paul Thomas Meredith; and her siblings, Floyd Keown (Lena Mae Keown) and Sherry Keown Webster.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Cook and Pam Camplin; her grandchildren, Jayme Cook McWhorter (Nicholas) and Damien Camplin (Tiffany); her great grandchildren, Weston Camplin, Chloe Camplin and Meredith McWhorter; and her siblings, Bobby (Linda), Royce (Brenda), David (Ola), Jimmy, Dean Keown (Lynn) and Joanne McKinney (Sug).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jones Funeral Chapel (927 W G L Smith St, Morgantown, KY 42261). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
