She is survived by: her husband Micheal Neighbors of Morgantown, KY; her children, Steven Neighbors of Cromwell, KY and Ruby Neighbors (Zack Johnson) of Lewisburg, KY; her granddaughter Railey Neighbors; and her siblings, Amanda Russ of Dunmor, KY, Jannifer Carver (Ronnie) of Greenville, KY, Jean Fox (Roger) of Beech Creek, KY, Sheila Jo Smith of Greenville, KY, Rita Johnson (Jim) of Evansville, Diane Morgan (Jim) of Greenville, KY, Karen Davenport (Jimmy) of Lewisburg, KY and Rick Russ (Carolyn) of Tipp City. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
