She is survived by: her husband Bill Turner of Morgantown, KY; her daughters, Sherry Lee of Hartford, KY and Kelly Cooke (Timothy) of Drakesboro, KY; her grandchildren, Brian Lee (Amanda) of Beaver Dam, KY, Amanda Pharis (Dean) of Beaver Dam, KY, Ashley Lee of Centertown, KY, Dustin Cooke of Drakesboro, KY and Scott Cooke of Drakesboro, KY; and her great grandchildren, Brennen, Avery Lee, Kala, Kelci, Kylie Pharis, Taya Lee and Addyson Graves. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
