She is survived by: her husband Harold Ray Philpot of Morgantown, KY; her children, Michelle Proctor of Morgantown, KY and Steven Bailey of Hart County, KY; and her stepdaughters, Evelyn Lois Wheeler of Alabama and Sharyl Ann Eggard of Texas. She is also survived by 3 step grandchildren and 3 step great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
